PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I designed two job aids for the course Onboarding for Remote Teams. The purpose of the job aids were to refresh employees with onboarding best practices days or weeks after they completed the course. The eLearning course taught managers two processes that lead to a positive onboarding experience for new hires. I outlined the steps of the process with concise and action-oriented language.
