HOW I WORK
Here is my process for creating custom learning experiences.

Analysis
During the analysis phase, I work with project stakeholders to learn about the business needs. I ask a lot of questions. This phase involves conducting a needs analysis, which helps us pinpoint the focus and thoroughly analyze the target audience. The analysis can be either formal or informal, and it plays a crucial role in reducing risks for subsequent phases of the project.

Design
During the design phase, we agree on the course’s purpose, structure, and content. I ensure that the content and the assessment strategy align with the course objectives. Utilizing instructional strategies, I develop a course blueprint, which may take the form of storyboards, instructional design documents, or prototypes.

development
In partnership with subject matter experts, I develop instructional content and assessment materials. This phase involves transforming the designs from the previous stage into tangible content. Alongside content creation, we prioritize feedback and quality assurance processes to guarantee the content’s functionality, accuracy, and clarity during the development phase.

implementation
In the implementation phase, we initiate the learning process for our target audience, leveraging the data gathered in the analysis phase to inform various aspects of this stage. In this phase, I address logistical challenges, which differ based on the chosen format for course delivery.

Evaluation
The business metrics and data collection methods were set up at the project’s outset. In the evaluation stage, we assess the effectiveness of the course and pinpoint ways to improve the course content to better meet the target audience’s needs. When feasible, I might suggest conducting multiple performance outcome measurements to gauge long-term impact.
